President's Tour

The weather turned out to be cool and a little foggy but no rain. It gave us some very unique views of the West Hills with the sun shining through the fog. After some Krispy Kreme donuts, we started the tour in NW Portland, and proceeded out over the West Hills to Old Germantown road, and then back toward Portland. After a brief rest stop we proceeded down Burnside, up to an area above Washington Park, and then out Terwilliger to Garden Home. After 40+ miles we stopped at the Old Market Pub for beer and sandwiches in their outdoor eating area. While we didn't come up with a solution for world peace, we did have some lively discussions, some of which were true.
